Antitrust & Competition Associate Attorney - Midlevel

About the role

Ashurst Perkins Coie, LLP, a leading international law firm, seeks an Antitrust & Competition associate in the Seattle, San Francisco, Palo Alto, Chicago, or Washington, DC office.

Responsibilities

• Experienced in antitrust litigation and counseling at an AmLaw 100 law firm or the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice or the Federal Trade Commission
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Preferred: Judicial clerkship experience and/or HSR counseling and Second Request investigation experience

Requirements

• Excellent academic credentials
• J.D. from a top-tier law school
• 3-5 years of antitrust litigation and counseling experience
