Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in antitrust, either in a law firm or government environment. We welcome candidates with experience and interest in antitrust litigation (governmental and private), cartel defense, analyzing transactions and/or merger control.

  • Extensive familiarity with the Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Act, including the review process and its implementing rules, is preferred.
  • Strong advocacy skills for representing clients before regulatory agencies, including the DOJ and FTC.
  • Strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication, analytical and writing skills are required.
  • Prior federal judicial clerkship experience is a plus.

The candidate must have the ability to function smoothly in a global team environment with culturally diverse team members. Must be admitted to and a member in good standing of the Washington, DC bar or eligible to waive in to the Washington, DC bar.
