Antitrust & Competition Associate Attorney - Midlevel

Responsibilities

• Participate in antitrust litigation and counseling
• Conduct HSR counseling and Second Request investigations
• Write and present legal opinions and arguments
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to achieve business objectives

Requirements

• Excellent academic credentials
• J.D. from a top-tier law school
• 3-5 years of antitrust litigation and counseling experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Judicial clerkship experience and/or HSR counseling and Second Request investigation experience preferred

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Passionate about antitrust law
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

$260,000 to $365,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
