About The Role

The Microsoft TSA - Copilot is a trusted advisor and technical strategist for organizations adopting Microsoft Copilot across Microsoft 365 and business workflows. This Pre-Sales role on our Global Solutions and Architecture team combines deep technical expertise, executive-level communication skills, and change management leadership to deliver Copilot adoption strategies and custom AI experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Support executive discussions on AI strategy involving Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, adoption, and organizational impact.
  • Present and lead workshops focusing on Copilot adoption, Power Platform best practices including governance and compliance.
  • Aid in developing deployment strategies for the Microsoft Power Automate portfolio.
  • Help customers identify Copilot, Power Platform automation (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and Copilot Studio opportunities.
  • Identify workflows best suited for prototype/pilot.
  • Build prototypes, integrations, and best practice examples in our labs.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in technical pre-sales or solution architecture roles, focused on Microsoft 365, Ai technologies, and automation platforms.
  • Proven track record of executive-level engagement and strategic technology consulting.
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform automation.
  • Solid scripting or coding knowledge.
  • Proven track record integrating Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems with APIs.
  • Experience facilitating workshops or hackathons.
  • Understanding of organizational change management and adoption strategies.
