Microsoft D365 F&O Technical Architect

The Emerging ERP Solutions practice is dedicated to bringing clients the best in cloud-based ERP applications such as Workday Financials, Microsoft D365 F&O, and Infor. Our goal is to transform finance and supply-chain processes, making them more efficient and cost-effective. We leverage Deloitte's extensive expertise to deliver lasting results for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Understand client business objectives and present technical solutions in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP, leveraging the product’s strengths and addressing gaps.
- Design end-to-end solutions, offer industry best practices, review functional and technical design documents, provide recommendations, and conduct coding and code reviews.
- Build company tools and assets, improve delivery processes, select software and ISVs, and train on new versions and tools, keeping knowledge sharp.
- Establish credibility with customers and prospects by providing deep domain expertise in one or more vertical industries. Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage the platforms and products.
- Lead project workstreams, including planning, design, configuration, coordination, documentation, testing, and risk management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering (or equivalent experience) or relevant field.
- 10+ years of directly related experience in Dynamics 365/AX ERP development, including integration development.
- 5+ full life cycle implementations in MS Dynamics.
- 6+ years of team lead experience.
- Ability to travel up to 50% based on the nature of the work and clients served.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred
- Experience with Azure (Logic Apps, Functions), Power Apps, Azure DevOps, or Visual Studio.
- Experience modifying Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations across modules.
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 solution data model.
- Experience with data migration tools and processes within Dynamics 365.
- Client development and pre-sales experience.

Pay
The wage range for this role is $144,600 to $265,100, reflecting the wide range of factors considered in compensation decisions.
