Microsoft Dynamics Sr Developer

Responsibilities

• Guide the development of case management systems for clients
• Design and deliver solutions, mitigating risks during the design phase
• Collaborate with clients, project leads, architects, and business analysts for project success
• Gather technical requirements and tailor solutions to client needs
• Contribute to all phases of Dynamics CRM implementation, from discovery to deployment
• Participate in data-centric discussions during client discovery meetings
• Translate technical concepts into user-friendly designs and documentation

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is contractually required for this role
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
• 7+ years of professional experience in software development
• 4+ years of experience with enterprise-level CRM solutions (Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Power Platform and related technologies (C#, SQL,.Net)
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and travel to client sites
