The Emerging ERP Solutions practice at Deloitte focuses on delivering cloud-based ERP applications such as Workday Financials, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), and Infor to transform finance and supply-chain processes into more efficient and cost-effective solutions. Responsibilities

• Understand client business needs and model their processes within D365 F&O, leveraging product strengths to meet requirements and bridge gaps.
• Design and help manage end-to-end implementations of D365 F&O, incorporating industry best practices.
• Build company tools and assets, improve delivery processes, select software and ISVs, and train teams on new versions and tools.
• Provide deep domain expertise in one or more vertical industries, establishing credibility with customers and prospects.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage D365 F&O capabilities.
• Lead a project workstream (including Deloitte and client personnel), planning activities, leading design sessions, configuring D365, coordinating cross-functional activities, maintaining documentation, and overseeing testing and risk management.
• Manage technical workstreams for end-to-end implementations, review functional and technical documentation, develop integrations, perform data migrations, and collaborate through testing phases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large or boutique consulting firm, or as an internal consultant within industry.
• 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) experience.
• 3+ full-life cycle implementations in Finance or Operations.
• 5+ years of experience in business requirement documentation and design documentation, including preparing and leading workshops with key stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree. In lieu of degree, 8 years of experience in D365/AX ERP implementation.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred qualifications

• 5+ years of data migration tools and processes within Dynamics 365 experience.
• 5+ years of experience with D365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) or Finance solutions, including data model knowledge.
• Experience with D365 Retail.

Pay

The wage range for this role is estimated between $116,000 and $229,100, depending on factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. The actual offer will vary based on location and individual circumstances. Eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to program rules and performance factors.
