Microsoft D365 F&O Sr Consultant

About the role

As a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Senior Consultant, you will understand the client's business, model their processes into the ERP, and leverage the product's strengths to meet requirements and bridge gaps. You will design and manage end-to-end implementations of D365 F&O, providing industry-leading processes. Additionally, you will contribute to building the company's tools and assets, improve delivery processes, select software and ISVs, and train on new versions and tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide deep domain expertise in one or more vertical industries to establish credibility with clients.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage the platforms and products.
• Lead the activities of one of the project's workstreams, including planning, design and refinement sessions, D365 configuration, and cross-functional coordination.
• Maintain documentation and statistics on workstream progress, oversee testing activities, and manage risks, actions, issues, and decisions.
• Manage technical workstreams of end-to-end D365 F&O implementations, review functional and technical documentation, develop integrations, and handle data migrations.
• Collaborate through testing phases and prepare/lead workshops with key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment, either with a large or boutique consulting firm or as an internal consultant within industry.
• 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience.
• 3+ full-life cycle implementations in Finance or Operations.
• 5+ years of experience in business requirement documentation, design documentation, and leading workshops with key stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree. In lieu of a degree, 8 years of experience in D365/AX ERP implementation.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of data migration tools and processes within Dynamics 365 experience.
• 5+ years of experience with D365 Supply Chain Management or Finance solution data models.
• D365 Retail experience.

Pay

The wage range for this role is $116,000 to $229,100, taking into account factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and business needs. At Deloitte, compensation decisions depend on individual and organizational performance. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
