The Emerging ERP Solutions practice delivers cloud-based ERP applications such as Workday Financials, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and Infor to transform finance and supply-chain processes into more efficient, cost-effective solutions. Responsibilities

• Understand client business needs and model processes in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, leveraging product strengths to meet requirements and bridge gaps.
• Design and manage end-to-end implementations of D365 F&O, delivering industry-leading processes.
• Build and improve company tools and assets, enhance delivery processes, select software and ISVs, and train on new versions and tools.
• Provide deep domain expertise in one or more vertical industries, establishing credibility with customers and prospects.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage D365 F&O capabilities.
• Lead a project workstream (including Deloitte and client personnel), planning activities, leading design and refinement sessions, configuring D365, coordinating cross-functional interactions, maintaining documentation and progress metrics, overseeing testing, and managing Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions.
• Manage technical workstreams for end-to-end implementations, review functional and technical documentation, develop integrations and data migrations, and collaborate through testing phases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment (large or boutique firm) or as an internal consultant within industry.
• 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience.
• 3+ full-life cycle implementations in Finance or Operations.
• 5+ years of experience in business requirement documentation and design documentation, including preparing and leading workshops with key stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of degree, 8 years of experience in D365/AX ERP implementation.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

Preferred qualifications

• 5+ years of data migration tools and processes within Dynamics 365 experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management or Finance solution data model.
• Dynamics 365 Retail experience.

Pay

The wage range for this role is approximately $116,000 to $229,100, with consideration given to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The range estimate has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials. Compensation decisions are made based on the facts and circumstances of each case and it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range. Eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to program rules and depends on individual and organizational performance.
