About the role

This role specializes in talent and organizational development to enhance human capital and support business success. It involves designing and executing talent and succession planning, performance management, leadership development, and change management strategies for a division or business unit. The role acts as a trusted advisor and thought partner, addressing medium-complexity talent challenges and influencing stakeholders across divisions. The position demands intermediate expertise in talent development, independent problem-solving, and the ability to deliver measurable impact through projects and programs that strengthen workforce capability and succession planning.

Responsibilities

  • Support career development and leadership succession planning activities, partnering with HR and business leaders to assess talent readiness and strengthen leadership pipelines.
  • Plan and oversee training needs assessments and curriculum development, working with stakeholders to define capability requirements and ensure relevant training delivery.
  • Evaluate and manage third-party training providers to ensure quality and value, monitoring vendor performance and contract compliance to support effective program delivery.
  • Analyze talent and development data to identify trends and insights, preparing reports that support workforce decisions and enable informed planning.
  • Coordinate talent development program activities across stakeholders, ensuring timely execution and effective communication to support program success.

Requirements
