About the Role

Executes Talent Management activities that enhance leadership capability, employee growth, and organizational effectiveness. Applies specialized knowledge to support assessment, performance, talent planning, career development, and training programs across teams. Manages defined components of development initiatives, including research and application of best practices. Collaborates with cross-functional partners to support execution and promote inclusive practices. Serves as a project manager for assigned Talent Management programs and initiatives.

• Sums up insights to support workforce and leadership decisions
• Enables data-driven improvements
• Develop Training Solutions
• Designs and evaluates training content aligned to capability needs
• Coordinates with external learning vendors
• Ensures quality training delivery
• Execute Talent Processes
• Delivers performance, learning, and career development activities
• Follows established procedures and standards
• Supports consistent program execution
• Support Stakeholder Engagement
• Supports engagement with business stakeholders on talent development priorities
• Coordinates communications and gathers feedback
• Maintains alignment
