About the role
This role executes Talent Management activities that enhance leadership capability, employee growth, and organizational effectiveness. It applies specialized knowledge to support assessment, performance, talent planning, career development, and training programs across teams. The role independently manages defined components of development initiatives, including research and application of best practices. It collaborates with cross-functional partners to support execution and promote inclusive practices. The role also serves as a project manager for assigned Talent Management programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage Talent Projects: Plan and manage medium- to large-scale Talent Management initiatives. Coordinate stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables to achieve outcomes.
- Analyze Talent Insights: Analyze employee experience, learning, and capability data. Summarize insights to support workforce and leadership decisions.
- Develop Training Solutions: Design and evaluate training content aligned to capability needs. Coordinate with external learning vendors to ensure quality training delivery.
- Execute Talent Processes: Deliver performance, learning, and career development activities following established procedures and standards to support consistent program execution.
- Support Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with business stakeholders on talent development priorities, coordinate communications, and gather feedback to maintain alignment.
