Responsibilities

• The Manager of IT Data Services leads the IT Data Services team, overseeing a skilled group of Database Administrators (DBAs), Data Move specialists, and experts in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.
• Holds primary responsibility for the deployment and efficient management of data-related services, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functioning of databases across diverse platforms.
• Spearheads initiatives to enhance data reliability, accessibility, and security.
• Manages database administration, data movement, and EDI/ETL activities.
• Collaborates with cross-functional IT teams to coordinate data-related efforts.
• Drives the planning, prioritization, and resourcing of IT Data Services projects.
• Serves as a key escalation point for data-related issues.
• Oversees budgetary considerations for the IT Data Services department in collaboration with leadership team.
• Contributes to project planning and execution.

Requirements

• Five (5) years of relevant IT experience is required, including three or more years in a formal or informal leader position.
• Formal leadership experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with data management systems and tools with expertise in database administration, EDI, and ETL processes is preferred.
• Previous experience implementing and optimizing data-related solutions is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant technology field is required
