Mgr-EDI Development and Support (Full-time Remote, NC Based)

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Mgr-EDI Development and Support to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead the development and support of EDI capabilities that keep critical business transactions moving accurately and on time. The manager will oversee technical delivery, system stability, and issue resolution while partnering with internal stakeholders and external trading partners. This position is ideal for someone who can balance hands-on EDI expertise with team leadership, project coordination, and process improvement in a remote environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the EDI development and support team
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of EDI solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define EDI processes and integration points
• Manage EDI projects through planning, resource allocation, and timelines
• Coordinate EDI connections and facilitate testing with external partners
• Monitor and support EDI systems for reliability and performance
• Analyze EDI implementations for continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in EDI or Business Analyst roles
• Vocational or Technical Training in EDI, computer science, or a related field
• Strong technical proficiency in EDI standards, including ANSI X12 and EDIFACT
• Solid understanding of business processes and EDI integration
• Strong SQL skills and data management experience

Pay

$105,497 – $134,508 annually
