Mgr Change Management

About the Role

The Manager, Change Management will create and deliver strategies and plans to help the enterprise maximize the adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies. This role leads change initiatives by engaging, advising, and informing key internal and external stakeholders, including the design, development, and delivery of change strategies and plans that drive value and desired business outcomes. The manager is responsible for leading the HR and enterprise change network, partnering with various stakeholders on the intake, distribution, and delivery of change management needs that align with enterprise changes.

Essential Functions

• Lead and manage a team to work collaboratively across the business to support enterprise‑wide initiatives, including coaching, skills development, performance management, and team effectiveness.
• Create and launch a comprehensive, enterprise‑wide change‑framework strategy that aligns business and people strategies.
• Conduct change assessments to understand scope, scale, stakeholder impacts, and potential resistance.
• Identify change goals and success metrics; define high‑level change strategies in partnership with cross‑functional partners.
• Build and deliver actionable engagement, communications, knowledge‑management, and learning plans to enable adoption and achieve intended business outcomes.
• Demonstrate strong judgment and decision‑making, anticipating project needs and developing innovative, sustainable, value‑adding solutions.
• Build strong cross‑functional partnerships with key stakeholders and leaders such as Technology, Finance, Legal, HR, People Operations, and People Analytics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, human resource management, industrial psychology, or a related field.
• At least five (5) years of related experience in one or more of the following areas: organizational change management, program design and implementation, and resource management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Extensive knowledge of best practices, industry trends, and benchmarks for change management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with various levels of leadership.
• Ability to collaborate and form strategic partnerships with other functions.
• Experience leading formal and informal program teams.
• Experience conducting learning/skill assessments and developing educational materials.
• Strong business and data acumen.
• Ability to collaborate with global stakeholders on local regulations and employment laws.

Location

This is a hybrid position located in Memphis, TN; Plano, TX; or Moon Township, PA. Candidates must live within 50 miles of the campus location and will be required to work on‑site at the FedEx campus several times per week.

Pay

Memphis, TN: $8,452.14 – $14,368.63 per month
Plano, TX: $8,896.99 – $15,124.88 per month
Moon Township, PA: $8,896.99 – $15,124.88 per month
