Merchandiser Trainee

Responsibilities

• Builds displays and replenishes inventory on shelves, racks, and cold equipment.
• Maintains product integrity and cleanliness of equipment and displays.
• Collects and reports on breakage and out-of-date products.
• Provides feedback and recommendations to leadership on competitive threats and business opportunities.
• Works collaboratively with the Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver to execute the picture of success.
• Maintains positive relationships with customers and provides superior customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and compliance with UNITED fleet policy.
• Reliable vehicle and personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance and safety of Company assets.
• Ability to work flexible or rotating schedules.
• Ability to respond and resolve customer issues.
• Ability to self-motivate and perform job duties with minimal supervision.
• Basic math skills and ability to operate with powered industrial equipment.
• Previous merchandising experience preferred.
