Mental Health Therapist- Hybrid Schedule (Bronx)

About the role

This is a full-time position located at one of our three child and family mental health clinics in Brooklyn (East New York or Bushwick) or the Bronx (South Bronx).

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to an ethnically and culturally diverse population of children, adolescents, and adults
• Develop, implement, and review treatment plans
• Write progress notes for all sessions conducted
• Evaluate and assess clients
• Maintain and update clinical records
• Provide case management and/or crisis intervention
• Attend clinical supervision and staff meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements

• Master's Degree from an accredited school in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling
• Active license or license-eligible (LMSW, LCSW, MSW, MHC, MHC-LP, LMHC)
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Outstanding engagement and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and clerical staff
• Strong time management to ensure documentation compliance
• Exceptional writing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
