About the Role

Join a supportive behavioral health team as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist. You will conduct culturally sensitive assessments, provide outpatient individual and family therapy, and develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support clients' mental health journeys. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Active or eligible professional license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in Pennsylvania.
• Passion for mental health and high-quality client care.
• Strong communication, rapport-building, and time management skills.
