About the role

Responsibilities
- Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for diverse clients and families.
- Provide individualized outpatient therapy for clients and families, fostering resilience.
- Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support client stability.
- Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning to enhance care.
- Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations accurately.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic mental health services.
Requirements
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
- Current and active license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or eligibility for licensure.
- Passion for mental health and commitment to high-quality care.
- Strong communication skills, ethical practice, and confidentiality adherence.
- Ability to manage time effectively and complete administrative tasks efficiently.
