About the Role

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide culturally sensitive, strength-based outpatient therapy, assessments, and crisis planning. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, participating in case consultations, and ensuring timely documentation and billing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to diverse clients.
• Provide individual and family therapy to promote resilience and healing.
• Create crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Engage in team meetings, discharge planning, and documentation duties.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, dietitians, and staff to deliver holistic care.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Active or eligible Pennsylvania license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• Strong communication, ethical practice, and confidentiality skills.
