About the Role

Join a mental health team as a Licensed Therapist, providing culturally sensitive assessments, individual and family outpatient therapy, and developing crisis and wellness plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, personalized care that promotes client resilience and stability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and provide outpatient therapy tailored to client needs.
• Develop safety and relapse prevention plans.
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations.
• Support discharge planning and ensure accurate documentation and billing.
• Engage in holistic, culturally competent interventions to improve community access to quality mental health care.
• Complete administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining professional standards.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Active or eligible professional license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in Pennsylvania.
• Strong commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and ongoing professional development.
• Excellent communication, rapport-building, and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
