Mental Health Therapist

About the role

Join our team as a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist, improving access to behavioral health care and supporting community well-being. You will conduct culturally sensitive assessments, provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs, and develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans. You will participate in case consultations, discharge planning, and ensure timely documentation and billing.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Active license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) or eligibility in Pennsylvania
