About the role
Join our team in a supportive, collaborative environment dedicated to improving access to mental health care. You will conduct culturally sensitive assessments, provide outpatient individual and family therapy, and develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans. Participation in case consultations, discharge planning, and ensuring timely documentation, billing, and insurance authorization is essential. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and administrative staff delivers holistic care.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field
- Provisional license if required
- Passion for mental health and ongoing professional development
- Strong communication, ethical practice, and time management skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and families
