About the role

Develop and manage exclusive outpatient provider networks in Pittsburgh, PA. Work closely with healthcare providers to build strong relationships and ensure quality care.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new healthcare providers to join the network
• Manage ongoing relationships with existing providers to maintain high standards of care
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement network policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and accreditation standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
• Valid state license as a Mental Health Therapist
• At least 5 years of experience in mental health therapy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
