About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers to build and expand the provider network in designated areas.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and contract with healthcare providers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contracted providers
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Manage provider onboarding and training processes
- Monitor and evaluate provider performance
- Respond to provider inquiries and concerns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field
- Valid state license as a Mental Health Therapist
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in mental health or healthcare provider contracting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience working with behavioral health providers
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
