About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers to establish and expand a provider network for mental health services.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential contract providers in Pennsylvania
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contracted providers
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Manage provider onboarding and ongoing support
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Valid state license to practice as a Mental Health Therapist
- At least 2 years of experience in mental health therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience working with insurance companies and managed care organizations
- Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement models
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
