About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers to establish and expand a provider network for mental health services.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential contract providers in Pennsylvania
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contracted providers
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Manage provider onboarding and ongoing support
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • Valid state license to practice as a Mental Health Therapist
  • At least 2 years of experience in mental health therapy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Experience working with insurance companies and managed care organizations
  • Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement models
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
