Mental Health Therapist - 1099 Contractor - Pennsylvania

About the role

A 1099 contractor position is available for a Mental Health Therapist to support Provider Network Development in multiple locations within Pennsylvania. The role will work with contract providers in the Provider Network Development – Contract Providers / Contract / Hybrid model.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with contracted mental health providers
• Collaborate with healthcare organizations to build and expand provider networks
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new contracted providers
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Conduct regular assessments of provider performance and provide feedback
• Prepare and present reports on network development activities and outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in Pennsylvania
• At least 5 years of experience in mental health therapy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
