Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build a robust provider network
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new contract providers
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of contracted providers
• Manage ongoing communication and support for contracted providers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, psychology, social work, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare provider relations or similar field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards

Qualifications

• Experience working with healthcare organizations
• Understanding of healthcare insurance plans and networks
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
