Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers in Maryland
• Identify new opportunities for expanding the provider network
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with other departments to support client needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or related field
• Valid MD license as a Mental Health Therapist
• At least 5 years of experience in mental health therapy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of insurance billing and coding
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
