About the role

Maintain and expand provider networks in Maryland, focusing on Cumberland, Hagerstown, and Annapolis. Develop relationships with healthcare providers to ensure a diverse and robust network.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with healthcare providers in Maryland
• Identify and onboard new contracted providers
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to support patient care initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or related field
• Valid Maryland Provider Network License
• At least 5 years of experience in mental health provider network development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience working in a hybrid work environment
• Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
