About the role

Maintain and expand provider networks in Maryland, focusing on Cumberland, Hagerstown, and Annapolis. Develop relationships with healthcare providers to ensure a diverse and robust network.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and onboard new contract providers
• Manage and enhance existing provider relationships
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Collaborate with other departments to support the organization's goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
• Current license to practice as a mental health therapist in Maryland
• At least 5 years of experience in mental health therapy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
