Mental Health Therapist - 1099 Contractor - Washington

About the role

Mentally Healthy is seeking a 1099 contractor to join our growing provider network in Washington. The ideal candidate will have experience in mental health therapy and be passionate about supporting clients in their journey to wellness.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients in accordance with professional standards and ethical guidelines.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential new clients and providers within the contracted network.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision to maintain clinical competence and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.
• Collaborate with other members of the Provider Network to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Licensed to practice as a Mental Health Therapist in at least one state.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in mental health therapy.
• Experience working with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
