Mental Health Therapist - 1099 Contractor - Washington

Your expertise in mental health therapy will be utilized to identify, engage, and onboard new providers into our network.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential providers within the mental health field
• Conduct outreach and communication with identified providers to build strong relationships
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive provider network aligned with our organization's goals
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding healthcare provider contracts
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new providers into our system

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Master’s degree preferred
• Valid state license to practice as a Mental Health Therapist
• At least 5 years of experience in mental health therapy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
