About the role
Maintain provider networks in Maryland, focusing on Cumberland, Hagerstown, and Annapolis. Develop and manage relationships with contracted mental health providers.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and contract new mental health providers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contracted providers
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Manage provider performance and satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate contracted providers into the organization’s services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
- Valid Maryland Provider License
- At least 5 years of experience in mental health provider contracting and network development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience working with behavioral health organizations
- Knowledge of managed care systems and insurance billing processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
