Mental Health Therapist - 1099 Contractor - Iowa

About the role

Mentally healthy individuals contribute to a vibrant community. This position is designed to support the mental health needs of clients in various locations across Iowa, including Fort Dodge, Dubuque, Waverly, Spirit Lake, Spencer, Keokuk, Carroll, Centerville, Storm Lake, Charles City, and Mason City.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers within the provider network.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans as needed.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Licensed to practice as a Mental Health Therapist in Iowa.
• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
