This position is designed to support the mental health needs of clients in various locations across Iowa, including Fort Dodge, Dubuque, Waverly, Spirit Lake, Spencer, Keokuk, Carroll, Centerville, Storm Lake, Charles City, and Mason City.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build a robust provider network.
• Collaborate with clients to address their mental health needs through therapy sessions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Valid license to practice as a Mental Health Therapist in Iowa.
• Experience working with diverse populations and in various settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
