This role is designed to support the mental health needs of clients in various locations across Iowa, including Fort Dodge, Dubuque, Waverly, Spirit Lake, Spencer, Keokuk, Carroll, Centerville, Storm Lake, Charles City, and Mason City.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build a robust provider network.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure they receive appropriate care and support.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding mental health services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Valid state license to practice as a Mental Health Therapist.
• Experience working with diverse populations and in various settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
