Responsibilities

• Identify and contract new mental health service providers
• Manage contracted providers to ensure compliance with standards and regulations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contracted providers
• Ensure seamless integration of contracted providers into the existing healthcare network
• Collaborate with other stakeholders to improve access to mental health services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
• Valid state license as a Mental Health Therapist
• At least 5 years of experience in mental health therapy
• Experience in provider network development and management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel to various locations in Iowa as needed
