Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing provider relationships
- Identify and pursue new contract opportunities
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and provider network standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
- Valid state license to practice as a mental health therapist
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
