About the role

Mentor and support clients in their mental health journey through therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build a robust provider network.
• Screen and assess potential contract providers for suitability and compliance with company standards.
• Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to ensure alignment with company values and services offered.
• Manage and update provider information in the company’s database.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Valid State License as a Mental Health Therapist.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience working with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Pass a background check and drug screening.
