Maintain and expand provider networks in designated regions. Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement new services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers
- Identify and onboard new contracted providers
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Manage provider contracts and renewals
- Provide ongoing support and training to contracted providers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
- Valid state license as a Mental Health Therapist
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in mental health therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Knowledge of telehealth services and technologies
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
