Mental Health Therapist - 1099 Contractor - Illinois

About the role

Mentally healthy individuals contribute to vibrant communities. As a 1099 contractor, you'll play a crucial role in developing provider networks that support mental health services across multiple locations including Springfield, Quincy, Vandalia, Macomb, Jacksonville, Danville, and Crestwood, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential providers who meet our quality standards
• Develop and maintain relationships with contracted providers
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and insurance requirements
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate new providers into the network

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
• Valid state license as a Mental Health Therapist
• At least 5 years of experience in mental health therapy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
