Provider Network Development – Contract Providers
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build and expand the provider network.
- Screen and qualify potential providers based on clinical expertise, reimbursement policies, and alignment with the organization’s values.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with medical directors and other stakeholders to identify gaps in the provider network and develop strategies to address them.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for expanding the provider network.
- Manage the onboarding process for new contracted providers, including contract negotiation and administrative tasks.
- Monitor provider performance and provide feedback to improve clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
- Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in Colorado.
- At least 5 years of experience in mental health therapy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
