Provider Network Development – Contract Providers

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build and expand the provider network.
• Screen and qualify potential providers based on clinical expertise, reimbursement policies, and alignment with the organization’s values.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with medical directors and other stakeholders to identify gaps in the provider network and develop strategies to address them.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for expanding the provider network.
• Manage the onboarding process for new contracted providers, including contract negotiation and administrative tasks.
• Monitor provider performance and provide feedback to improve clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in Colorado.
• At least 5 years of experience in mental health therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
