About the role
Develops and maintains relationships with healthcare providers to establish a robust network of contracted therapists.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential contract providers in mental health services.
- Conduct outreach and negotiations to secure contracts with new and existing providers.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding provider networks.
- Manage provider onboarding and training processes.
- Monitor provider performance and provide feedback as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
- Valid license to practice as a Mental Health Therapist in Colorado.
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications

- Knowledge of insurance billing and coding practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
