About the role

Develops and maintains relationships with healthcare providers to establish a robust network of contracted therapists.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential contract providers in mental health services.
  • Conduct outreach and negotiations to secure contracts with new and existing providers.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding provider networks.
  • Manage provider onboarding and training processes.
  • Monitor provider performance and provide feedback as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
  • Valid license to practice as a Mental Health Therapist in Colorado.
  • At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with diverse populations.
  • Knowledge of insurance billing and coding practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
