Provider Network Development – Contract Providers

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build and expand the provider network.
• Screen and evaluate potential providers for alignment with the company’s standards and values.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and prioritize new opportunities for provider development.
• Manage the onboarding process for new contracted providers, ensuring they are fully integrated into the company’s systems and processes.
• Provide ongoing support and training to contracted providers to enhance their performance and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Valid Colorado Provider License.
• At least 5 years of experience in mental health provider contracting or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Experience working with behavioral health organizations is preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is beneficial.

• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
