Mental Health Therapist - 1099 Contractor - Colorado

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers to build a robust provider network for mental health services.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and contract with new healthcare providers to expand the provider network.
• Manage ongoing relationships with contracted providers to ensure quality care and compliance with insurance plans.
• Develop marketing materials and strategies to promote the provider network to potential clients.
• Attend industry conferences and networking events to stay informed about trends and best practices in mental health care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Valid state license as a Mental Health Therapist.
• At least 5 years of experience in mental health therapy.
• Experience working with managed care organizations and insurance companies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
