About the role
Develops and maintains relationships with healthcare providers to establish a robust provider network for mental health services.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential contract providers in the mental health field.
- Conduct outreach and negotiations to secure contracts and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and provider contracts.
- Manage and update provider information within the company’s database.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
- Valid state license as a Mental Health Therapist.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in mental health therapy.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Knowledge of insurance billing and coding practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
