Mental Health Professional/Clinical Supervisor-Adult Crisis Stabilization Program

Stellher Human Services is seeking a Mental Health Professional to join our Adult Crisis Stabilization Program in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. This role provides clinical oversight for the program, which includes mental health practitioners and mental health rehabilitation workers, as well as direct clinical services to adults experiencing a mental health crisis. This is a flexible part-time position with the potential to expand into a full-time role as the program grows.

Responsibilities

• Conduct crisis and diagnostic assessments.
• Develop and oversee individual treatment plans.
• Provide supervision for mental health practitioners and mental health rehabilitation workers and sign off on their clinical documentation.
• Work with case managers, hospitals, and community partners.
• Support recipients in developing coping skills and achieving treatment goals.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and case consultations.
• Help ensure services meet state and program requirements.

Requirements

• Licensed Mental Health Professional in Minnesota (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, LP, or equivalent).
• Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Experience working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Pay

$27.00 - $29.00 / Hourly

Shift differential pay for evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
