Mental Health Professional/Clinical Supervisor – Adult Crisis Stabilization

About the role

This role provides clinical oversight for the Adult Crisis Stabilization Program in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. It involves conducting crisis and diagnostic assessments, developing and overseeing individual treatment plans, providing supervision, supporting recipients in developing coping skills, and ensuring services meet state and program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct crisis and diagnostic assessments.
• Develop and oversee individual treatment plans.
• Provide supervision for mental health practitioners and mental health rehabilitation workers and sign off on their clinical documentation.
• Work with case managers, hospitals, and community partners.
• Support recipients in developing coping skills and achieving treatment goals.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and case consultations.
• Help ensure services meet state and program requirements.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mental Health Professional in Minnesota (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, LP, or equivalent).
• Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Experience working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range: $27.00–$29.00 per hour DOE, plus shift differentials for evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Part-Time Position with Potential to Grow into Full-Time.
