Mental Health Clinical Supervisor
About the role
Mentorship and Supervision: Directly supervise and mentor therapists, interns, and clinical support staff. This includes adhering to and tracking supervision policies, hours, and files to ensure compliance and development.
Client and Team Support: Address patient concerns promptly and ensure the quality of care remains at the highest standard. Participate in a rotating phone-based call schedule during hours-of-service delivery, along with other supervisory staff members—note that no overnight hours are required.
Provide direct client therapy through evidence-based treatment according to an agreed-upon schedule, ensuring that each client receives personalized and effective care.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other professionals, including therapists, interns, and clinical support staff, to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. Coordinate care with other professionals to support comprehensive treatment plans and positive outcomes.

Requirements
- Minimum master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
- Licensed by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners on an independent level as an LPC, LMFT or LCSW.
- One (1) year of clinical supervision experience in the behavioral health field preferred but not required.
- AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners Supervisor Training preferred but not required.
- Current level one fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety and renew as applicable.
- Continuously maintain active Cardiopulmonary Respiration (CPR) and first aid certification.
Qualifications

Pay
Salary role from $80,000-$90,000
Annual bonus potential: $8,000-$10,000+ per year

This role is required to be in office in order to support the needs of the clinic and clinical staff members.
